Vintage American Bakelite (?) 1930's Poker Chip Caddy with Clay & Bakelite Chips

Description

I believe this 1930's poker chip caddy is Bakelite as are about half of the chips.  The other chips are the traditional clay type.  As I count them, there are 45 white Bakelite chips, 24 red Bakelite chips and 24 blue Bakelite chips.  And there are 50 white clay chips, 21 red clay chips and 24 blue clay chips.  The cady is decorated with impressed symbols for the suits of the cards.  The handle is chrome plated.  There is one minor non-structural crack in the top of the caddy.  The caddy is 8" in diameter and 3.5" tall.  It is fitted with two slots for decks of cards (two vintage decks are present).
