with specs taken from our original Springfield parts and function PERFECTLY in actual rifles! The plugs are made just like the originals. Made from proper 4140 stainless, the Gas Screws are industrial heat treated for strength and all are QC’d and deburred and face polished…..and the finished product…..just check out the pictures. These are the BEST FUNCTIONAL Repro Gas Screws in town!! (MUCH nicer than the cheap ones you may see elsewhere, like those from Fulton/Brownells and others.  We only supply these to one other vendor and they don't sell on ebay)
- Perfect for restorations or for National Match use (These are the preffered gas screw for NM shooting)
- Can be used in ANY era M1 Garand (FYI, later "poppet" or cross slot valve screws were only needed for rifle grenade use, otherwise they served no purpose when shooting regular ammo).
