These are new and were found in a back room. There are some minor surface scratches.
These boots are heavy duty, not some cheap plastic.
Protect your cylinders lower surface from damage.
Allow round bottom steel cylinders to stand upright.
There is a self-draining hole in the bottom of the boot.
These fit cylinders that are 8” in diameter.
