Max Holding Systems, 2 Scuba Tank Suction Cup Holder / Mount.  These have been used exactly 10 times and always stored in an air conditioned garage.   There is nothing wrong with them, selling them because we are going to a different style bracket mount that better works for us.

MFG Description:
Max Holding System's tank racks are made out of a white powder coated aluminum track, durable polypropylene adjustable brackets, heavy duty suction cups, sturdy weather resistant plastic handles with easy to release latches. These systems securely hold your tanks and spear guns vertical while the plastic handles can be used for hanging dive equipment such as masks and fins.
Industrial suction mounts.
Holds up to 350 lbs. of resistance per track.
