    POW Camp during the Great War EINE KRONE & ZWEI KRONEN, ca 1916-18.  The notes are identified C# 1316 & C# 1317.
    The inscription on the Obverse reads: K.u.k. Kriegsgefangenenlager in Aſchach a.D. (
    Imperial and Royal POW Camp at Aschach an der Donau) / Lagergeld (Camp Money).
    In addition to notes printed for regular use inside the camp, sets of notes were printed for the collector market, marked with an "S" for "Sammler" (collector).
