Great arts & crafts / Mission / Stickley style cabinetry or drawer hardware.  I believe these were manufactured in the 1990's during a resurgence of interest in the Mission style.
Exterior dimensions: 3.5" x 1.5"
Center to center 2.5"
Pull ring: 1.75" x 1.5"
Back protrusion of mounting screw receptacles: 3/8"
Pull ring swings free.
Back of hardware plate has the following information:  B1419 ~ Cont.B. ~ 1 ~ 0.1992 ~ Copyright symbol
Condition: Good used condition, with normal wear commiserate with age.  Two screws missing. No condition issues present which would prohibit use on customer's project.
Patination is even and consistent between all four pieces.
You are purchasing all 4 drawer pulls as one item.
Combined unpacked weight is 7 oz.
