    Description

    The certificate was issued on July 24, 1928. The company was incorporated in Delaware in 1925.
    The certificate was signed by J C Van Slyke as President.
    American opthalmologist J C Van Slyke created his electric clock which could, amongst other things, turn on automobile parking lights 15 minutes after sun down and turn the lights off again at daybreak.
    The charter was voided in 1935 for non-payment of taxes
