Does your 60-87 Chevy Truck have a tonneau cover that is almost too heavy to lift? Do you have a rack, rocket box, or other heavy equipment making it difficult to lift by yourself? Struggle no more as weve put together a power tonneau kit that fixes your issue. This kit will make it easy to open and close your tonneau cover with the push of a button.
This kit for your 60-87 Chevy Truck includes two 200lb. linear actuators, mounting brackets, and a 5 way switch to control the actuators. Simply hit the switch mounted in the cab of your truck and lift the tonneau cover. The switch can also be mounted in the bed of your truck if you wish.
The linear actuators can replace the gas struts currently mounted on your tonneau cover, or you can mount the actuators in another location and keep the original struts. The actuators operate smoothly and dont take up a lot of space. the actuators are adjustable in length from 2-12 stroke length. The option to adjust stroke length allows for easier installation.
