2. Once the Mold has been done then ship it to us (YES your shipment will be reimbursed at the end)
3. We will create the Gold for the Grillz and Set the Diamonds.
4. Once we are all done with your Grillz we will ensure that your mold and Custom Grillz is packed properly and shipped to you Priority

There will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AFTER the work has begun.

Our Policy is Understandable to the Customers Satisfaction. All Silver Items Comes with a 30 Day Warranty which has the conditions as follows. The item  must be unworn. The item must have no physical apperance of damages. which give you the customer a guarranty a full refund within the 2 months. However if seen as physical damages and after the 30 Days there will be a 10 % Restocking Fee. All Brass Fashion Items have a 30 day warranty. This means if worn and the color fades away within 30 days you are covered. If the Stones fall off during shipping and on day of arrival with in 30 days you are covered. However if any physical damages and after the  there will be a Restocking fee charged of 10%. All Diamond Items have a 1 Month Warranty.  No physical damages are covered!

All Shipping is done through USPS. However if you encounter a problem such as package has not been recieved, the item was broken when recieved, or the package is damaged. Message us right away and we will resolve this issue immediately and as effectively as possible.
